Morgen
Morning

In Dien Schuul bün upwaakt, o mien Gott, un dat is recht, dat de, de düsse Schuul söökt, in dat Hilligdoom vun Dien Bistand un in de Borg vun Dien Wehr verwielen deit. Maak mien Binnerst hell, o mien Herr, mit de Herrlichkeit vun de Ucht vun Dien Apenbaren, so as Du mien Büterst mit dat Morgenlicht vun Dien Pracht hell maakt hest.

Baha'u'llah

Ik bün düssen Morgen upstahn dankens Dien Gnaad', o mien Gott, un bün vun mien Tohuus' weggahn mit Vertruen to Di un Œvergaav' an Dien Sorg. Send denn to mi ut d'n Häven vun Dien Gnaad' 'n Sägen vun Dien Sied, un laat mi wedder in Säkerheit trüggkamen, liek as Du mi ünner Dien Schuul weggahn löötst mit mien Sinn stävig an Di.

Dat gifft keen annern Gott sünner Di, d'n Enen, d'n Unverglieklichen, d'n Allwätenen, d'n Allwiesen.

Baha'u'llah

I have wakened in Thy shelter, O my God, and it becometh he that seeketh that shelter to abide within the Sanctuary of Thy protection and the Stronghold of Thy defense. Illumine my inner being, O my Lord, with the splendors of the Dayspring of Thy Revelation, even as thou didst illumine my outer being with the morning light of Thy splendor.

Baha'u'llah

I have risen this morning by Thy grace, O my God, and left my home trusting wholly in Thee, and committing myself to Thy care. Send down, then, upon me, out of the heaven of Thy mercy, a blessing from Thy side, and enable me to return home in safety even as Thou didst enable me to set out under Thy protection with my thoughts fixed steadfastly upon Thee.

There is none other God but Thee, the One, the Incomparable, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.

Baha'u'llah
